The group
Sucralliance was born from the grouping of the “sugar confectionery” activities of Cémoi group.
The Sucralliance group takes over the company Dupont d'Isigny specialized in the manufacture of caramels and candies.
Sucralliance is developing an ingredient activity for professional sector and manufacturers (chips and liquid caramel).
Dupont d'Isigny expands by 1500m2 and acquires new technological know-how: the extrusion of jelly candies.
Sucralliance buys Verquin Confiseur in North of France. This acquisition allows the group to double its size and become a major European player in confectionery. It also allows the group to fully enter the brand business, in particular with the acquisition of the Têtes Brûlées, Croibleu and Bool's brands.
The Confiserie du Nord company continues its transformation and benefits from major new productive investments on its deposited and chewy candies lines.
As extruded jelly candies are very popular, the group decides to set up a second production line on the Dupont d'Isigny site in order to supply growing demand.
Sucralliance masters almost all sugar technologies, allowing it to offer its customers and consumers a wide range of deliciously comforting sweets.
